先生店水厂始建于2014年，设计供水规模4万吨/日，源水取自淠河总干渠水，水质常年基本为Ⅱ类水，制水工艺采用先进高效的絮凝反应池、平流沉淀池、过滤池等净水工艺，为始建时省内最大的农村供水水厂。水厂输水中途设有规模较大的南四十铺（2.4万吨/日）、九十铺等7座加压站，供水覆盖金安区先生店镇等10个乡镇（街）约33万人口。水厂在生产运行、水质检测、日常管理、制度建设、企业文化等方面均走在行业前列，均能实现24小时不间断供水，为金安区美好乡村建设、区域经济发展等创造了明显的社会效益和经济效益。</span></p><p
